Shipping policy

At Vitako, we strive to get your order to you as quickly and affordably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery options within the United Kingdom (mainland only, unless otherwise stated).

Shipping Costs

• Orders over £30 qualify for free shipping.
• Orders under £30 incur a flat shipping fee of £4.99.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Delivery Times

• All orders are processed within 1 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Standard Delivery: Once your order has been processed and handed to our carrier, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Please note:

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They may be affected by factors outside our control, such as high order volumes, carrier delays, adverse weather, or peak periods (e.g., holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00pm on weekdays may be processed the next business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can monitor its progress.

Important Information

• We currently ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). For international shipping, please contact us for availability and rates.
• We are not responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders (if offered in the future)—these are the customer's responsibility.
• In the rare event that an item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number and any relevant details.
